Having the house standing out after shinra tensei would be funny as hell, mc would need to strenghten the entire plot of Land and make some anti-attraction seals A roomfor his loots from opponents (weapon, jutsu, money), i saw someone suggest a Map room which can be good, i don't know if making a massive seal for the flying thunder god can make it easier to sense and could bypass his sensing range with the technique, otherwise don't know, once he fonds a hobby latter maybe dedicating a room to it would be good

I’d make a map room. Map room has full map of the world, elemental nations, ninja villages, summoning realm, etc. maps have all the information he has to date with seals locked to bloodline. Another room can be a library of books and jutsu.
