You know in the past I could totally have imagined him saying that and then flipping his hair but after the he'll he went through not so much. Maybe now he needs a new action for his arrogance or some such.

I wonder why no children used purple crystals for escape? Plus keeping demonic beasts as a lord of a forest near the capital looks really stupid. Can't royals find some loyal beast for the job at least neutral for humans so it will prevent deaths of talented children? It's always disappoint me when author's add brutal tests/exams/tournaments in mc's "school life", where teachers don't care or even encourage crippling and deaths of their own students. Hopefully this novel will not go this way.
