I think, the boyfriend is a 'plant' by either, Dumbledore or abates, … or some other enemy… who knows how their parents died… Well programmed 'plant' or 'identity theft' so that, even mind reading, background checks, can barely detect malice or intention … Only trigger words brings back memory or certain action to make link to their family …

the Manipulation is a Bit Hard on Abrahams side , I Suspect a Potion with the Food that Pushed her to Help him. Like Abraham didnt know that it is almost Impossible to get a Shop there if he dont have connections. smells realy fishy

thanks for the chapter I liked this little Lia arc but now its time for a little bit of action or quinn daphne time.

I know Quinn have rules to his mind reading abilities so he won't get too close to the dark side and stopped trusting people etc, but I think every rule has an exception, and in this situation, involving his sister's well-being, it is definitely one of them.. He should have read her boyfriend's mind, no questions asked, and kept it to himself if everything was all right....

She's from the upper uber-rich society and he is a cook... How the f is he going to fit in

so her sister is already fked by him, that's so depressing

to be honest, if i like/love a story i put myself in the mc's shoes. so in this case i'm thinking of lia as my own sister, and boyyyyy am i disappointed and feeling really overprotective and murderous towards that guy
