To be honest the romance aspect in the fic is severely lacking. Ivy is portrayed to be more curious & cautious about MC while Daphne is less if an ice princess & more of a shy girl who feels grateful for MCs help with Astoria (bloodcurse) Quinn/MC hasn't really flirted with anyone except Ivy & Daphne's Moms 😷 Even the Fleur date seems more of an AID job rather than real chemistry 😧 Hope this get resolved & MC enjoys his 2nd chance at life rather than some holier than thou MC who ends up pity dating 🤐

Quinn and his problematic love life aside, I'm curious to know who becomes Harry, Hermione and Krum partner to the ball. In the canon, Hermione go with Krum because she didn't like to be the last choice for Harry and Ron. And Harry got rejected by Cho right? But in the previous chapter there is hint of budding interest between Hermione and Harry. If Hermione go with Harry, then the person Krum must save have changed to someone else. For Harry and Fleur, I think the hostage will be Ivy and Gabrielle (Am I right with Fleur's sister name?) respectively. For Ron, He can date a rat for all I care. P.S : I wonder if Ivy or Daphne will become Krum date to bait Quinn's reaction and try to make him suprised or jealous. And I hope Eddie found a good girl for The Ball.

It was always going to be Fleur if anyone seriously thought about it. She gives the mc access to the 2nd task in regards to how he can go about it. Maybe he'll even take the place of the hostage and mc the event while under water as a hostage lol. That's the kinda trolling I expect from him now. Plus it's a good way to get through the deres and force them to actively go after Quinn if they want an actual relationship since right now, no one is really trying.

If were gonna be honest here about the wizardry world Quinn having a polygamist type relationships in the future would probably be normal especially since hes a “pureblood” wizard. Now getting are supposed romantic interest around to even accept that would require are dear author to well have quinn even try To pursue any love interest And Not passively such as just accepting their request. We all know if he wanted daphane he could rejected fluer but as an AID request hes just Being to passive. And hes already the commentator for tournament he has no Need to Be a hostage himself.
