Feel a bit burn out reading this so far, just curious, how much chapter until we reach the meat of this novel and less info dump there ?, although it not as bad as other novel I have read but for a slice of life it not handle very well. In that certain 'steady mc' novel it done well by introduce the world and character in a good/interesting way, and although it seem like slice of life, the author also sprinkle on some decent action/mindgame a bit in some part to make it less stale ?, and not to mention the comedy most of the time are on point . That the impression I remembered so I may miss some detail (google it and see that 'it's a comedy slice of life, NOT an purely action/adventure style cultivation novel', although have some good action but it from time to time), that my opinion so far, I check on youtube and do see some video that could help give more idea there in this genre, I think so.-------------------------- + The 4 Subsets of Slice-of-Life Anime (seem like your novel is the 4th type) + How Does a Slice of Life Grab Your Attention? That all, you can try to check more video give advice to write that topic on youtube, who know, some maybe good like 'Narrative Structure' for this genre ?
Hi there, it's me again, your humble resident helper. I got two sets of news, one bad and one good. Which one do you want to hear first?... Too late, bad news first. The bad news is, I'll be taking a short trip to the bowels of the earth and back. You know, classical wizard stuff. Good news now. The novel is doing great, getting better by the day (there's still some gramatical errors though, but nothing major). While we're currently in info-dump land, the story can only get better from here. Action, adventure, daring escapes? Evil schemes? Major memes? Trouble brewing in the background? It makes me very excited for what comes next.
