I think he could form, or have her guardians form a muggle company and have one of his guardians act as head. He could supply good ideas and have them do the rest. While he focuses on magical side.

I am a bit worried that there is nothing here to prevent the Goblins from telling everyone that Merlin's descendant has appeared. I would prefer him to keep things under wraps until he decides to reveal things at Hogwarts, but I can understand if he is just too shocked to think of hiding his heritage at this point. Then again, his Canon detector should have been going off a lot. =)
