Okay a nice start, it's jsut the first chapter so I don't have much to talk about, my advice for you is to not make this an over exagerated power fantasy, we already saw a lot of those, if you want to have you Spider-man fight Thor and Hulk fine, but make him struggle for victory, also, try to make him be in conflict with his knew life, powers and knowledge just enoug to make him relatable. If you are going to give him a romantic interrest my vote is for Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) or Betty Ross (Red She-hulk), both if you are going to make a harem. All said, thanks for the chapter, hope to see more soon.

Story started of by explaining why being Spiderman sucks… yet there he is with dead parents and uncle to show for it. For a genius of such outrageous proportions to not have contingencies in place to prevent such tragedy, I can only lament his failure. ( although, after hearing how he described his aunt I’m not entirely convinced he didn’t plan it himself) All jokes aside, this was a good start, thanks.

I already read a novel a while ago with this same tendency. Protagonist reincarnates in Marvel, has memories of his past life, thanks to his meta knowledge, he knows a lot about the future of many universes. He has many variants and one of them is a mutant with an ability that generates a passive attraction and transforms other beings into faithful servants. Women usually fall madly in love, especially strong and telepathic ones. Jean Gray and Emma Frost in this case.

The beginning is interesting so far.
