For all people thinking why his mother didn't tell him Just think what would have happen to him when he didn't get any affinity after getting 15 years old it would just be like giving him a false hope in his weak movement and to break it afterwards then he would just give up on his family who are only one for him and might get metal breakdown. And his mother said even she was scared that he might not awaken as it passed two months after his 15years and this 2 months with no hope and not knowing to know who to trust might even kill him
it's ok I guess, not really a fan of the reasoning that is given, because there was always the option to just tell him that he had health problems as a baby and that is the reason why he didn't awake. Better than telling him nothing. Him accepting the reason so simply gives him a forshadowing for the Character type of overly Forgiving, i hope that's not the case
