this was too much cringe, they kill monsters but are disgusted for the monster to die seriously, lol unwanted emotional plot here

The disclaimer at the beginning had me worried. This is a perfectly natural reaction, he's a talented kid for sure but not an infallible MC like a lot of other stories and it's refreshing. Go on kid, cry, life sucks but you gotta make it better and thankfully you live in a world where you can gain strength to supplant wealth and power. We don't got that here so we just have to suffer quietly at the injustices of life.

This makes no sense. They make a living killing beasts. He has already killed many beasts. The parents caught the beast. Which they could have killed. They captured it so that it can die later. Im pretty sure schools catch beasts to help students train. Whats the difference.

I like the chapter and it was genuine since losing someone and loneliness from the start are different and in reality average people would go crazy much less a young boy

Personally, I think that was done to almost perfection. Real people who can actually see reality will understand

i get that this was supposed to be a "wake up and smell the roses" moment for the kids. At the same time I don't think the parents should have mentioned feeling bad about it. It's their job, it's part of why they are where they are, nothing to feel bad about. The beast would try and kill any human it came across so why feel bad for it when it wouldn't feel bad for you? I also think it's a little forced to have Jason break down due to sympathy with a beast. At least not this scenario.

And the girl too, bet she's killed thousands at this point, but now she's angry that one more is going to die to save a life. I wouldn't mind if it was a pet or something similar. But this, this is hilarious

good chapter but most people cant feel with our protagonist wich is a shame.

A lot of unnecessary stuff. I haven't even commented about the grammar of the chapters.. you tend to over complicate things then they should be and also sometimes the emotions and reactions doesn't even match the situation.

Kind of ridiculous that they are crying over a beast being sacrificed when they themselves have killed so many parent beasts of younglings just to get their eggs LOL. Too forced. Makes no sense.

Jesus,his mother literally was worded meant the world for him.And he lost her when he was barely more than a toddler without anyone to release his grief towards. I know you guys are tough as nails and won't be fazed if your whole family perished infront of you but the only cringe one I see here are you guys
