it's a great story as is, and even if you did write it better somehow or choose a different scenario there will always be criticism of some sort, the important thing is to not indulge in self doubt as a novelist. You may not have chosen the most sought after path for the story but the path you did choose still had so much potential in it. As a reader I was heavily engrossed in the tale you wrote and I enjoyed every minute I had reading it, so thank you for an amazing story author no matter what anyone else says I think your a genius novelist đđ
The story is hecking amazing. when we went from Greek to Norse with all those twists, that was beautifully done. Only thing I regret is that I was reading after I woke up, thus my brain was dying bc who thinks after waking up... anyways, although you didn't go down the path most peeps wanted, it is still a great hecking story. if we had a book that followed everyone's wishes it'd be a mix between the cliche-ist face slapping wuxia, fantasy anti-hero, and so many other things that seem like they work, but they don't. As the author you know what's ahead in the story, thus have the best perspective to choose how it should flow. Don't listen to the readers trying to dictate the flow of your story unless it's actually a good critique, a good suggestion, there's a plot hole that you missed, or they stole the script, ignore them (pretty sure that leaves those who think they know the story and critique with their shallow knowledge... did I miss a boi?) As a fellow author, sometimes I'd leave plot holes on purpose only to draw them back into a conspiracy theory later. The readers don't know the latter part so they'd criticize on that plot hole. Tl;DR: readers who don't have the script can't accurately determine the best paths for the story (reading ahead and looking back counts as having the script up to the chapter they read ahead to.)
bro the only thing I'd have changed about this novel is how everyone around van treated han and Angela along with his mum after discovering what they all did and the roles they played in van's life. other than that you've written a story with suspense, grit and moral dilemmas. the book is great don't doubt that.
This story is by far one of my most favorite finds on this app/website. People have different tastes and ideas for how stories go, in my opinion as an author it should be up too you alone on how your story progresses. Afterall, We are but spectators and you the Narator. I hope that you may continue too find enjoyment In your creation and not dread or sadness. Regardless of what happens thank you for this artwork of a book. <3
I want to see all this through. personally I wish I could get more then one chapter per day. I always looking forward to it though. I love your story and we who keep reading it all love it. please do not rush your story as we are dedicated to you and this book. we love it and only you can bring us on this journey
Youâve done a great job with this story author from the world building to the conversatIons between characters, I understand people being upset when Artemis died and he could do nothing to help or change it but just from that experience alone weâve been able to see Vanâs growth from the child he was to the god heâs become. I for one am truly satisfied with this story and its one I look forward to reading everyday. please take your time to give it a proper ending and thank you for introducing us to such a fantastic world and story.
Hey mister author. Your story is the most quirky, out of the world, creative story i have seen on this website. Though yes people may resent you for some parts. But i personally loved every single word of this novel. Just keep up the good work[img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update]
