I think its a too idea you dropped this book its obviously loosing in quality as you go on to be honest from the moment you tried to rationalize getting bloodlines through infinite chakra you were on a dicey path IH you had used it to take attributes like uzumaki stamina, senju vitality and body strength or uchiha photographic memory spatial awareness and jutsu talent it would have been ok. but in my opinion what would have made it better was if his infinite chakra was all he needed after all there are extremely strong people without bloodlines in naruto maybe he could use some martial arts on earth to for his taijutsu like krav maga,Brazilian jujitsu,muay Thai etc ,then the fuinjustu and as many ninjutsu as possible even using his earth knowledge to create some practical ones for example using ideas from devil fruits in onepiece and shikai,bankai and hado from bleach . some of your timeline facts are inconsistent because although never stated explicitly tsunade was already dating Dan before the second war and making his classmates his students is making the whole story worse one mistake a lot of fanfic writers make is always trying to pack all sort of bloodline abilities into their mc, I mean can't the mc survive without a bloodline? and can't the mc hide most of his strength before the cannon? I mean if he creates or gets some good hand to hand and weapon combat techniques. A lot of cannon and self created ninjutsu with some genjutsu and excellent chakra control while using speed and stealth and fuinjutsu to hide and survive in before the cannon starts the story will not only be nice it will also have more content as you can stretch the time before the cannon starts by using training arch's and hidden battles outside konoha the bounty hunter idea in the novel could help with that and you can even use it to investigate and gather proof of danzo's actions and leak it to tsunade after the third hokage dies omg maybe I should write one myself but the food a man cooks is never more delicious to him than the food someone else cooks so all I can do is give ideas and see if its as good as I think. This is my personal suggestion and opinion.
