...do you mean to say that some chose reincarnation? Since I don't remember the Mc actually choose to reincarnate...
"super rare gold grade comprehension to all languages..." or something g like that back in chapter 2...
he got the ability to read, write, and speak in all languages already, right? so this is literally a waste of points...
Danzo.
that was a pretty forced situation, author. he "accidentally" let slip the word mangekyo, and someone from the clan just coincidentally overhears him.

here's a thought. why not use a spell to replace whoever it is in the past with a body double at the moment of their death or shortly before it and bring the person you replaced with said double to the current moment in time? time magic is a legitimate thing in Marvel. you don't need to mess with any diety that governs death because your target would not have died in the first place. you won't need to deal with any paradoxes because you pull your target to the current moment. sure your targets loved ones will grow and grieve until that moment, but at least they would have their loved one back. it's not like you reaching into whatever afterlife and dragging a soul back (and stepping on the toes of a being that could flick you out of existence). cause again, they would have never actually died in the first place. they would have just been dragged forward in time...
some of the oldies may be aware that something has changed... a certain progenitor of vampires and a master of mirrors come to mind...
how is he speaking English? I guess I will chalk it up to magic, but I feel the question should still be asked. 1000 years ago, old English (something very different than modern English, like enough to be considered 2 separate languages) is what would have been predominantly spoken.
where there is one... the other shall also be. unless the author decided not to, in which case, never mind.

Or: he used an unfortunate plague that was ravaging Europe at the time when he was young and created the stone out of the deaths that resulted from said plague. 600ish years before the 1990's would put Flamel conveniently close to the infamous Black Plague. perhaps he was a dark lord or perhaps he saw a chance and took it. I prefer the head-cannon that he took the shot offered to him by the plague, but it's your story author. Equivalent exchange could also be used on gaining the time that was cut short by the plague instead of harvesting souls like in FMA.
the incident that literally just happened and powers no one should know about because the Mc was literally just found?
Ai writing artifact.
didn't she mention that she was working with Dr. Conners already?
also, is the system just a shop, or will there be missions? which could be another method to gain points.
then you will want to add an alternative method to gain points. perhaps reading about the current world's technology for 1 or 2 points an hour? or tinkering with machines or code for a certain length of time for a few points? having the only method of gaining points being meeting characters and involvement in the plot (of the Marvel world) seems pretty limited to me. just a suggestion, not meant as criticism.
did you just call a holy Terran a xeno? The inquisition would like to have a chat.

Your name may have four, but the greatest shall ever be: Maximus Decimus Meridius, the commander of the Armies of the North and the Felix Legions under the Roman Empire. After all, 50% of humanity is constantly thinking about the Roman Empire at least once a day. How many think on 40k?
