Poorly written trash, the concept is interesting but as always the execution is mindless and stupid, the characters are all stupid and speak like third graders, this reads like a 12 year olds first novel.

so, 1 level 1 soul every 500 kills, 5,000 kills for 10 souls, 1 in 2 chance for merging, so 10,000 kills for 1 level 2 soul.. and, he hads tried merging 3 times so, he has killed personally 15,000 out of 20,000 yet, enemies and allies are dying in the 1,000's Author, Maths and power ratings are essential.. None of this goku crap where the enemy keeps powering up and MC by luck merges souls or gets a power up.. Also, why not learn proper world building instead of.. war, war and war.. there are 101 ways to get super cheap herbs without war and killing.. some even faster and with less risk.. e.g. - Rise through the ranks with an elite team (Imperial Guards).. - Become a spymaster(you have secure, real-time communications over unlimited distance).. - Merchant(he's already a gang leader and only needs quantity).. - Theft (even bandits know to loot merchents and why take over gangs).. - Trade between continents/ sell information.. - Create a herb guild/ mercenary guild All with less risk and more benefits than straight up war..

Easy read, no cliche, no need to worry about resources and morality. Strength is needed to control your own destiny . This phrase always used in novel. But the filler will always chip in. Overall, my stress is gone, my self satisfaction is fulfilled no need to bring hard logic in ' FANTASY " of imagination. Thanks for the update and chapter 😊👍
