You are eliminating a lot of villains very quickly so by the time Ben is 16 there will be no more frequent villains to fight or any big villains since he will have eliminated them before they can make their debut, how about then you create a discord to discuss what new arcs and put villains like this as characters, and reduce the power of Ben 10. I don't know what people have with making the protagonist the most powerful, but the charm of a good series is lost when you try to overemphasize something that you can solve in another way. Whether it was script luck or help, that gave charm to the original series until they overused it.

The fell from the sky like meteors, that alone says that they can: Survive in extremely hot and cold temperatures Withstand a monstrous amount of force. The G-force their bodies would've had to endure to reach Earth. Still have the energy to go on a killing rampage. A meteor burns at 3000⁰F before it hits the ground. It can survive for a long time without Oxygen.

Maybe say that the creatures evolved without eyes due to their home planet having a unique weather phenomena that makes it so sunlight appears black, it will still help plants grow, but the sight is a foreign concept.

(I feel they would mesh fairly well with your universe!) 1:Stan Lee's Mighty 7;Beginnings!🎉 2:Clockstoppers 3:A novel called Zoom's Academy for the Super Gifted/or its movie adaptation Zoom:Academy for Superheroes!(their powers can be explained as the result of genetic mutations from their human ancestors pulling a Captain Kirk on an alien, and sometime down the line, boom human kids awakening super powers.) These are just some suggestions and ideas to (hopefully) help stir your creative juices!😅
