You can find a way to make the mc the original updated or reinforced, so he wouldn't have to worry about klaus, even better you could make the mc insist that the vampires he creates are stronger than klaus like an upgraded or upgraded version of the regular vampire, or you can make this a tteen wolf crossover, and give the vampires and the mc an alpha version, that the regular alpha vampire has fewer weaknesses, like making alphas vampires immune to wood, sun and vervain and alphas vampires have an increase and power the alpha form of mc, would get the power of 10 originals if mc's brothers manage to become alphas in the future, that would be the level of power alpha rebekah would get the power of 9 originals alpha wolf / vampire klaus would get the power of 8 originals mikael 8 elijah 7 kol 7 finn 6 and regular vampires can achieve the power of 1 to 5 originals it would be ironic rebekah being stronger than kluas and mikael, to the two people who will destroy her life
