This is seriously messed up. Sacrificing a girl who grew up with you for some idiot who couldn't win his own fight and had been beaten down like a dog. I am hating the Heavenly Daos and the Blessed more and more. I am with you Kevin, Let's Consume the Earth and Devour the Skies together.

I like how they all pretend like the Immortal who´s the guardian spirit of the trial isn´t watching and perfectly aware of everything. Bet that the chick from the elemental sect will be expelled and Lin Ming will only get to be an in name disciple. If Han Xei also finds out that the MC is a possible descendant of the King of Everlore he´ll probably rip out his own hair because of his trial being messed up by his own sect members and outsiders.

what was the point of all this? he cracked his foundations just to give his token away and get one item from the cache? i thought he still needed the fire apex intent from that token of that woman or did i get all of that wrong?

Guessing that these imbeciles will blame Wuyin for this as well.

Fools. Expecting to get through an evil method without a real sacrifice. Girl didn’t deserve that, just following orders.

I suspect that lady herself is already shady. I don’t think she’s a ‘good guy’ type that blessed would usually hang with too. Her ruthlessness and Tang Yuxin’s coldness towards her says something. I think she might’ve played the role of an obstacle for LM’s possible relationship with TY. Perhaps the type that would take her to a far away sect and try to get her hitched to someone else, but now because of Wuyin’s actions, the heavenly daos instead use her as an ally since LM isn’t nearly close enough to the other two to make them act. Why’d she let the maid suffer and die? Maybe to punish TY for her impulsiveness or it’s just the heavenly daos leaving behind a seed of conflict for the future. Maybe this will start a string of events that will see LM still eventually facing off against her in the future?

Tear the heavens asunder! Seriously though, great chapters and Wei shows off his great acting skills again.

dont get me wrong i like evil plots, but this was just disgusting, to use the hypocritic reason of his loss was unjust to sacrifice that girl so he can have another chance, then to top it off to have the audacity to claim to regret and feel bad about it is actually sickening. on that note i still love this novel; just thought id give my two cents.

I hope "soon" means today kevin.

killing the girl was so messed up, like at least let her reincarnate or have the ascendant save her. comon author :/
