Hey Kevin, Could you please leave a comment on your latest chapter in the future if something happens? Like, won't be posting today cuz of xyz, or chapters late today. So we aren't inundating your chapters with comments asking you to post. Cuz, we're only human, and you'll prolly want to/need to take a break or end up posting really late, cuz life happens. I guess, all I'm saying is, TLDR: Just communicate in chapter comments if life happens, so we don't bug you. Thanks, and we all love your story, you've been doing great.
It's fine to want to catch everyone up to a certain checkpoint in the story and let yourself have a break. But you should inform the people invested financially into the novel is all i am suggesting. Don't let your privileged users blindly spend money for chapters you plan on halting halfway through. We support your novel through everything you may have happen in real life, but inform us 2-3 weeks ahead if possible of any pauses/plans to let everyone catch up/etc. Amazing writer, you deserve rest and relaxation when tired. But don't disappear due to poor planning or something silly. Just tell us and we will wait until you return and rejuvenate the novel with stones and tickets like moths to a fire.
Hey Kevin, I really hate when you make promises you can not fulfill. Donāt get my hopes up just to break it down. Thatās cruel. I would have been fine with just two chapters. And i know you have been told this already, but does it hurt to comment that there will be no chapters , if you are not going to post. We are invested in your novel, its rude and offensive when you donāt give up a heads up. Imagine waking up on christmas and check under the tree for presents but there is none. But you were told you will be getting a gift on Christmas so you come back every few minutes to check but theres still nothing under the tree. It hurts!!
