This better not end like MDS with Quinn living behind his family and friends. Also kind of annoyed that Quinn didn't give a choice for the ex vampires to be turned by him. I know Quinn being turned was an accident and he treated it like a curse at first but also came to accept it and thankful as it allowed him to protect his loved ones. I feel like Quinn would have wanted to give everyone a choice and really show how far he came from when he saw being a vampire a burden to now where he is glad to have the powers. Plus he is going to out live everyone at the very least his family should have the choice to be turned or not so they can share a longer life with him. Layla waited a 1000 years pretty sure she will want to spend just as much time with Quinn and their family. Not really liking the idea of the book ending with the entire vampire race gone. Really want Quinn to restart the race and let everyone decide what they are going to do. Plus the sudden lost of strength and life style will impact quite a few not everyone will be fine with it.
This story was so great, and now it just feels like the story is going to end badly, I am pretty sure now quinn is going to dissapear from their lifes or something like that is quite sad to see, we never got to see quinn fulfil the talen quest, hopefully we know what happen to Sil and if he overcome the situation.
It's great to see that Peter and Lucia were finally able to be together, and that they're expecting their first child, but I'm also a little saddened that Quinn is essentially the only one of his kind.I have a feeling that Quinn will watch over Minny and Galen as they grow up, and when the time is right n take a back seat as protector of the human race, along side Ray.
