I'm sorry - aren't Wights supposed to be immune to mind altering abilities/status effects? Am I misremembering? Or does this memory wipe ability somehow bypass that?

I hope Peter can somehow recognize Quinn since a Wights connection to there maker is stronger then the other sub-classes. I know that's changed since his evolution but surely his connection to Peter some what got closer now that's he's not a celestial
