Well I am calling BS on Russ. No way he would have been alive a 1000 years ago if he was we would have seen him. Also he acts righteous but is forcing Jessica to marry him. Not only that but the Chained were mostly freed and only the criminal ones were recapture due to the danger they were. No way the Blade family would have treated a child like that when they finally got their own freedom. My bet is Russ's mother was held prisoner by the Chained maybe the mother of Blade family was captured by them and they want to use the Blade family against them.

Nice background exposition, but I can't help but wonder... Where are the Red Vampires that Russ expected?? Also, was Russ born a millenia ago or did they keep the worst offending humans as Chained!?

Honestly crazy this story is 3rd in power stones and golden tickets considering its release rates. I get he moved, but if you got people really spending actual money for this, you have a part to uphold on your end to supply.

So I‘m confused why is there only one chapter a day being released? I heard it was so the author can get situated with her new place, but wouldn’t that take a week or two at lots?

Jks you should take a break from werewolf system and just do 1 a day…rather have atleast 2 a day from my vampire system come onnn this sucks…takes me 60 secs to finish a chapter

OK I'm not to sure about Russ's back story, especially the time line of things, and how they became such a well known and powerful group compared to the Blades, but hopefully once everything settles we'll get some extra info on the Chained. I think Russ has made a huge mistake in attacking Quinn's ship, and I think when Quinn finally arrives, he's going to have a few choice words for him, before putting Russ down a peg or 3. I definately see AJ become the new Bonny and Void, in terms of catching all of Quinn's big moments.

this backstory if the chained doesn't make much sense I mean in the real world people don't even know whose family they used to belong to 1000 years ago.., but ok it's a fantasy world ok but his back story still doesn't make sense? ?? didn't the chained get freed by Quinn and made in to allies? ?? ?? weren't they freed 1000 years ago?? how is that guy crying about childhood if when he was born he wasn't a slave anymore? what is going on is everyone brainwashed by that dalki prisoner guy?

just saying. even if he didn't put a chapter out for a whole day.. so that he could get back on track... ya know.. right one then maybe another.. then release them, I would be fine. but we aren't even getting a decent amount of information.. these chapters have been some of the only ones I skim over, due to knowing it's being drawn out too far. I don't even want to read all of what's being written because the one chapter we get a day is nothing but filler. which is understandable. every book has filler. it's important. but when you aren't even giving me two pages to read... that becomes me paying for filler... until things go back to normal. or until this book is done. I won't be paying for it. or webnovel for that matter. this book is the only reason I have this app.. lol.
