He doesn’t Even need to fight beyond his own realm to be overpowered as even though the fights Is mostly against beings in the same realm as he is, he still completely Dominates them with ease while also showing off. Thought it would be a Dao but I guess Edict would be nice to. Dao/Edict Surfeited. The word means excess, overload, surplus or overdose. Too much of something pretty much. In Noah's case, it's mana ofc! Noah can "overcharge" abilities/skills to different levels. Each level gives a bonus but also a negative. The first few levels negativities might be easy to circumvent while at the later (Insane) stages they become much harder to use, maybe force Noah to make a skill to counteract the 4th levels negativities. More damage and speed are easy but what about a Fireball that sticks to an enemy and keeps exploding? At the cost of making them harder to aim. Why only burn when you can also crush, slash, stab and drown an enemy? A Lich that attacks everything in sight but got new abilities besides just summoning and some rings of death.

How about an upgrade version dao of the loot. Edict of apocalypse Laws= life, death, space, fire. Daos= chronos, annihilation, ruination, primordial, destruction, chaos, necromancy, summoning. Description: cast a entire area into a hellscape apocalyptic zone which does true annhilatory damage every second and boosts the user while debuffing enemies, and lastly bringing forth the horsemen of the apocalypse with each adding a special power to the area like death bring forth all that has died under the users hands directly or iindirectly strengthen the undead under noahs command, war drives enemies with weak willpower into madness to kill their comrades while buffing alies, famine boosts allies mana while devouring enemies reserves, and lastly fear which makes enemies face their worst fear, memories and traumas etc, and makes them kill themselves.

Locked SUs can neither provide the raise in power they usually do, nor can they be sacrificed for any other purpose.
