You should add some original villains to each island. He's just taking away the things that made the original crew stronger. When zoro got stabbed in the back by buggy, he learned to never show his back to his opponent. Thats why he told mihawk "a wound on the back is a swordsmans shame." These types of shame are remembered forever by him and make him stronger. When he had his swords stolen, zoro learned to never underestimate his opponent, no matter what they look like. That's why mihawk told him "do you think of me as a lion, usung my full strength to even hunt a rabbit?" He was telling zoro that he has always been out of zoros reach. It didn't matter if mihawk turned his back to zoro, held back when fighting him, or left him alive.
I think MC should've killed kuro. 1. He an evil piece of **** plain and simple. 2. I dont think the crew would've mind. Remember when zoro 'killed' buggy, he cut him up into pieces and that was before he knew buggy had a devil fruit. Also no one really reacted to buggy 'death' in the anime (except maybe Nami) and luffy just had a blanc look on his face and just commented that he was really weak.
What a good chapter, on my part I never bothered that he joined Luffy, and your ideas of fights and more are great. As for the two-year jump, does that mean he will lose to Hankok? I like your slow development of romance, without closing any doors, like with Alvida. And showing interest in Nami. I say again, I liked his fights and training. The idea of stealing / getting Techniques from the people I defeat is super cool. As for mind training, I recommend that you can fight it with Luffy and Zoro. And also …. Learn some of their techniques? As Zoro's "Iai" (draw, cut, and re-sheat), I think it was called: Shi Shi Son Son. (Use translator. From Spanish to English)
