Soooo... How is this time different than the last? He still underestimated his enemy, he still went head in with no thought, he still disregarded his life. It's like he learned nothing, he literally died the last time and then he did the exact same thing, same thought process, same actions, only reason he is alive now if "fate, luck" but mostly the author deciding he will not die twice. I really liked when he lost the first time, it was a character progression that he survived through luck and show that being unprepared, stupid, underestimating your enemy or being weaker will have bad consequences but then you went and wrote the same scenario and you just changed the outcome with no apparent reason other than: lucky this one didnt have the same determination as the last enemy that killed him. If, at least, it was some how the MC taking some medication, or setting some trap or anything that actually gave him an edge to win that would be great but this? It seems like yourself invalidated the previous plot of him dying.
