I can't say I like reminders of bad times but I'd hate it more if you took away the struggles that individuals with trauma undergo. I'll just take out all my discomfort on the Dev's. I appreciate you keeping Erebus real even though it resonates uncomfortably. I also appreciate that you allow Erebus to be both wounded and strong. We all carry our own scars though some more extensive than others. Still our wounds don't mean we can't also be strong. We all have strengths and weaknesses.
Yes, that was pretty good description of an attack. Also the soothing voice is an absolute blessing. It helps focus on something other than the event. Physical contact is a hit or miss, sometimes it causes one to lash out, other times it helps. Remember though, unless it is an absolute emergency, never restrain someone having an attack. Good job overall, and nice for humanizing the characters more!
I fear i have both good and bad news for dear erebus lets start with the bad news his panic attack is probably a side effect from SIINO thats the reason why erebus reacted much stronger than the time in the beginning while the actual trigger was smaller only weakness instead of paralysis Now onto the goodnews there is actually quite a few good Points first of all this should help the nervs in his body adapt to the Neural overload as a panick atack causes a feedback loop between the body in the brain Putting heavy strain on the brain if this works as i think it should this Could mean he will be able to stay in the “Hyper focus state” for longer Secondly the virtech pod helps relax his muscles making the panic attacks less severe than it would be in the outside world while also putting the risks of heart palpitations and other awful symptoms to a minimum Also This will probably boost his willpower stat Also naturally recovering from a panic attack yourself is a very good step in the healing process Lastly the ****er who decided to eject people out of the game durring or soon after a panic attack should be fired right now as it is a (very) common occurrence for people to commit suicide durring or right after a panic attack
