get used to it, Chinese novels NEVER get gendered pronouns straight unless they have an English fluent human editor. I haven't looked into it but I heard that Chinese languages don't have gendered pronouns, so the machine translators basically just throw a random one in, usually a he because they do have gendered language (and it heavily favors the masculine mode) just not the pronouns.

it's like a basic outdoor survival pack got split up into different packages. the only ones that are outliers are the transport and stealth packs. the stealth pack is useless. it has battery powered items with no batteries....those are in the energy pack...and a silencer, but no gun. the weapon pack is useless too. a revolver with 12 bullets? the presence of the silencer in the stealth pack indicates you can find better guns and more ammo fairly easily.
