Im assuming she isnt actually a humanoid digestor, But a human that has taken in Digestor bloodlines as an experiment. If she were a Humanoid digestor, she wouldnt have flashes of emotions. But, it does shine a light on the fact that her current personality is due to her bloodline, and not her as a person.

I personally rly like the fact that Ruby will probably be a "main antagonist" as well as main female lead. It's an interesting way of relationship development.

Well we knew that she was going to survive Jake's attack ,the lord on the other hand.....she might not die but she will wish she had, and I'm pretty sure her ordeal ratings are going to suffer

There is a danger here though since, based on her digestor part, she could incorporate other aether codes into herself by consuming them. I hope this S-class doesn't let down his guard and beats her silly that she only survives by a slim chance

I can say now that author telling the readers who's going to be the main love interest is ruining the fun of reading. There's no room to guess, there's no thrill about it. And personally it will naturally just came out as forced to me when you have ideas about how it will go. Lol, heck even in the comment section there are a lot of gossipers about it. It's a shame that this novel had good foundations, gonna put this on notice for now. From reading Reverend Insanity and Lord of the Mysteries to hard book novels like A Song of Ice and Fire I series, can say that it's hard to find a good novel this days among an ocean of them.
