I always prefer multiple POV. But you overused it in recent chapters. I mean I like it how you change it to Tim or Krish's POV to show the depth of the story, but it stay in their POV for too many chapters and give too much unnecessary info that dont seem to contribute much to the main story line. U should just give 1/2 to 1 chap at most for those unimportant character like Krish and then quickly switch. I feel its gonna be very very boring if its keep going the way u do.
I like multiple povs because we get a more fleshed out story. The characters feel more real and we see some of their motivations. This makes their interactions with jake seem more meaningful to me. Still though, It shouldnt be overused and jake should still have the majority of chapters in my opinion
I think itâs good for the story too, it can add some depth. However, some lines to stay update to what jake is doing is welcome. (Or a chapter about jake every few chap, in order to not mess with the chronology of events) For my POV -pun intended- i think you manage well your balance, itâs just that iâm so eager to read, i kinda feel the other POV as intermissions from the main event. (Even if iâm aware of the importance of the build-up)
I enjoy multiple POVs but I dont want pointless POVs like the same situation just from 3 different angles kind of like this chapter where we had the krish just follow tim it kind of felt like a really long summary of last chapter but a few POV switches here and there to develop side characters and so on is cool
The amazing thing about this novel is the utter lack of power levels. Even after all this time, we still cannot correctly figure out the standing of Jake and others in this food chain. Krish is strong compared to Tim but can he survive Jake? How powerful is Jake compared to rest of humans let alone other species. Plus we have not yet truly been introduced to the actual elites of the human race
