Comments of chapter undefined of Bambi and the Duke

I'm just curious.... Why did Abel has the same surname as his Sister? I mean his sister is already Married and I thought she married a Harlow... That's why Vivi's Surname technically is Harlow Too... But why Abel? If Vivi's Mother is his Biological Sister then shouldn't Vivi's Mother would adapt the surname of his Husband? Or Abel would have a different surname and not Harlow since that's the surname of his sister's husband... Am I making sense? @Author San can you please enlighten me, I'm a bit confused hehehe
