Why hasn't he asked if the system could be transferred to his mind? That would help him a lot AND aolve a lot of the minor problwms with this. Mainly him trying to keep it a secret.

He really needs to increase his stats, the long-term gain is going to come into play soon. Not to mention some of the skills probaly require him to have certain amount of stats to get it.

He'll probably get a Master whose philosophy revolves around the X-Factor, otherwise, it'd be pointless..

He is dreaming if he thinks he can make do without a power backing him. What happens when he opens up knowledge that no one should know about? How would he build mechs with cutting edge technology that the firms that are developing it haven't even released to the public yet! That's like one way ticket to the coffin as they will all think you somehow stole their work, and you kinda did! He either joins a big power, or creates his own power, there is no other way to it. Also, i hope he isn't too attached to the republic and start fighting for it or something...
