This novel bored the sh*t out of me. The more I read the more I'm convinced of this novel being a piece of crap, 25 chapters is enough for me to be done with it. I'm over it it's time to move on.

I have read many many books and LNs and I do not see how this is overly boring in the first 25 chapters. I have read the first 20 chapters so far and enjoyed it quit a bit. Yes, there is not a lot of action in the first 25 chapters, but there is a good amount of character and story building in the first 20 chapters. I do not see this as a bad story to read. I see that you find this boring and that is fine. We all have different desires and wants from what we read.
Well I'm not good explaining myself so spare me the embarrassment. I have low standards, it was always like that and ever more so now as I have over 800 titles in my old 5year notepad. You're talking to a guy who was excited to wait a week for one chapter of Coiling Dragon / Stellar Transformations back when the only english translations existed on spcnet forum... I've touched these wuxia classics too.. I've read over 100 copy pasta fastfood novels and enjoyed them.. even japanese novels with dialogues of characters that need to seek mental help.. I run dry on novels to read FOR MONTHS, this is very sad. Qidian stole the 100SS registration bonus so I can't even enjoy the generic plot of Immortal Mortal by making new accounts for every 7 chapters.. I was dumb enough to read RAWs of Reverend Insanity and what happens later kinda killed my hype so waiting for trans to pick up.. I check once a week for newly added projects to Qidian but nothing holds my interest for long, and when it does, they stop translating. Like for real, The Human Emperor was picked up lately but it had been dead for so long!!! It's depressing when I follow a novel from chapter 10 and it gets a year hiatus :( but they picked it up again 4 days ago, cool.

So yeah, Zhu Xian, Horizon Bright Moon Sabre, Law of the Devil, Heroes Shed no Tears, Shadow Rogue, The Alchemist God and 100 other novels are not mentioned pretty much anywhere anymore. Even I tend to forget their titles. Thankfully people still know what Jiang Ye / Before Night is, because long ago it didn't have stable pace of translation.. if it had it would ve been completed long ago and fade into oblivion :D Even King of Gods and Paradise of Demons and Gods kinda died off because of the slow pace in the past it stopped being interesting to read.. from new novels we can mention The Card Apprentice, The Empress' Gigolo, Almighty Coach, Minghe, Herding Gods, Village Girl as family head, and 20 more from the past 6 months. Dude I binge read all of them in less that one/two weeks and I'm left with nothing and the more I come back to novels the hype is less and less to the point where I just want something fresh but it's so hard to find anything worthwhile nowadays
