Review Detail of Seishiro in War Sovereign Soaring The Heavens

personally I would rate one star if it wasn't that the novel was actually fairly interesting for me. it has a decently op mc that does experience some hardships, a decent plot and power progression. frequent face slapping of the arrogant young masters. and fairly interesting harem candidates. but that is also where my biggest issue with the novel is. mc is constantly misplacing, having taken away or getting separated from his partners. time and time again they are either abducted (his own father does this to his mother and two potential harem members 'hoping' that mc will get stein enough to follow, without providing any assistance other than three life saving talismans, no information at all), sent away, taken by masters, have to flee the sect (one of the masters that took in two of the harem members has a fall out with the other sect master of the sect and the harem members are slated to become toys of the other masters son) etc. I dropped the novel when *spoiler* some random super 'young master' descends to capture the reincarnation of that YM love interest (that had no interest in him and was much more powerful) only to abduct EVERYONE the mc is involved in which includes his mother and father and all other harem members and take them away to the higher realm (likely to be r@ped and tortured if the novel was serious, but probably would be blocked by plot armor, likely shielded by the reincarnation with a promise that she will marry the YM instead). seriously, the mc hasn't had all his family in one place or safe since he departed his starter village. but if that doesn't bother you the novel is actually rather good.
