You're looking for the old-school underdog stories. Sorry mate, but those stories don't exist in China. Plus, I haven't really red the most xianxia to have the knowledge of that.

Understandable, but I do recommend read stories I told you about they're pretty good Unfortunately, one has been dropped and 1 has ended at 500 chapters. But they're still pretty good compared to the garbage cultivation novels.
