Nin= ninja jutsu=art/technique For any ninjutsu chakra is needed, even for taijutsu to strengthen their bodies .

Diki_Risdi:in summary, there is something wrong, you shouldn't be able to use ninjutsu, not chakra, it's better to fix it.
