Thanks, there's a lot of stories that imply main character is loyal to their love interests then end up being harem. *sigh*

it may or may not go harem. the MC was in love with one girl, but was reject twice firmly and she distanced herself. he then was put in to an arranged marriage with Xuan Nu, the FL, and fell in love with her really quickly. he decided to give up on the first girl because she did reject him twice and distanced herself and he didn't have it in him to try a third time. he still however does feel something for her but he doesn't pursue her and he keeps his distance. what hints that it may be harem is that he is apparently also betrothed to this princess girl by his father (who he never met, he was raised by his uncle non biological), in return for saving her life in exchange for the MC's ability to cultivate. the reason the mc is being raised outside his family is related to that. also this jiang qian'er girl that he gives the space ring is around him at school often so and has a secret identity so who knows where that will lead. it has the potential to be harem most definitely but if the MC sticks to his guns and lives by what he says, it shouldn't be. he doesn't seem like the harem type but who knows.

also, the princess girl DOES NOT want the arranged marriage, she wants to choose her partner. she decided to go meet him and cut the marriage off. haven't read that part since free chapters ended before that. i doubt its going to be that easy though. seems like the typical harem subplot though.
