i assume thats a figure of speech
being greedy, did he just forget about all the people in those countries that could be getting slaughtered by demons while he waits?
Nationalism is such a bane to novels i swear. this is so forced and unnecessary
how did you even manage to forget it?
feet first? yeah, no wonder she is having a hard time
why so uselessly big??

The novel is overall really good. if you are hoping for a serious cultivation novel focused on the void beasts and the human extinction crises, this is not it. while it does somewhat focus on cultivation since that is an important plot point, its really just a romance drama. thats the major plot of the novel and the big bad is around the MCs marriage. the void stuff and human crises is just background stuff, which is a major bummer imo. the author seems to think arranged marriages for the betterment of humanity is evil and inhumane and that deserves to be the central plot of the novel over the war against the void beasts fo some reason. this leads to the same boring talkings points being regurgitated over and over and over again. in the last 240 chapters ive heard the same talking points repeated so many times it honestly makes me want to drop the novel. whether its about the arranged marriage, this stupid beating around the bush love triangle crap, the enemy organization, his marriage and their future, him having to be stronger, etc, it just repeats like every 15 to 20 chapters i swear. its a shame because the fights are awesome when they do happen, the cultivation system, especially the MCs spirit and its abilities are so cool. i feel like the novel could be so much more if it was a pure cultivation novel and not a drama romance "nothing is gonna stop me from being with mah waifu" novel. the mcs only motivation is to be with his wife and child, nothing else. we know there are more world and stuff outside of earth and his spirit is capable of so much crazy stuff that we will likely never see. truly a shame. maybe im speaking too soon since i don't know how many chapters this novel has, maybe they beat the central area, and then fight the war and then move onto the bigger universe but i highly doubt it.
killing an innocent newborn earns her monster status in my book, there is no redemption from that no matter what she does.
i guess they mean late stage Xuanyang realm
what are they talking about?? isn't huanqing mid stage Xuanyang realm?? and there are literally hundreds of people in the early stage of the Xuanyang realm?

so ultimately that entire introspection was a waste of time, ffs
honestly, that sounds more like dependency at this point. you can't even eat without him by your side, thats just weird
honestly, i can't wait until this whole indra sky, central area bullshit is over. this whole marriage thing and "protecting their happiness" has gotten really, really old after 200+ chapters of basically regurgitating the same thing "arranged marriages are inhumane and evil". its really starting to kill my enjoyment of the novel, i don't need to be reminded literally every chapter.
i think trillions is waaaay to many, unless this world is way, way, way bigger than earth.
