Jiraiya found Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan when the Second Great Ninja War was over. Obito is about 5 years younger than them so he shouldn't be a ninja right now.

obito faked his death during the third shinobi war the end of these o d shinobi war was when tsunades little brother died jiraya picked up his students and orochimaru got a screw loose year 46 of konaha Nagato was born year 49 was when obito madara had to be the one to give nagato his eyes since he said he "awakened" then at 5 or 6 per the anime that's 9 years before obito meets madara when obito was 4 years old your timeline is way off he wouldn't have been able to get the rinnegan honestly this may be the biggest inconsistency in the show that they show madara with eyes at all when he supposedly already gave them to nagato
