I could see dragons and honey badgers having some kind of mutual relationship like if all the dragons were wiped out by the light dragon all but one pregnant dragon(which would be the clan head of dragon clan) the honey badgers made a deal of servitude with the pregnant dragon in order to learn their ancient claw techniques this will give him a super wide range of summons with dragon's they will offer him mostly offense capabilities maybe sage mode later on and the honey badgers offer reconnaissance and stealth capabilities each would have support advantages maybe the badgers are good at healing the dragons can fly
