The fanfic is exactly what it said in the synopsis. A radical transmigrated cac is sent into the uchiha clan. Five chapters in I feel like im reading a politician with special abilities doing what he believes is right. And to remind everyone this is only my opinion.

It has nothing to do with what he thinks is right. He caused not wars, but massacres so that he and Uchiha could survive.
