its not. you can read "dark phoenix of konoha" by white angel of auralon on fanfiction.net. the original author seems to have stopped updating the fanfic but has not stated whether they are completely dropping it. They also never mentioned if someone else is picking up the work. Unless "Doppins" is the original author using a different name for this site, or that they had permission from the original author to upload the work here, it is clearly plagiarism.
