Review Detail of Slothfulness in A life with the Author

I don't understand the hate this novel gets, like I see where they are coming from but I can't really understand it, like when a main character does something stupid and the readers hate on them, that's part of the development of the mc and for the story to move forward. one part is the ntr people complain about but its one of the drivers that made the mc to cherish his waifus and not hesitate again. i dont' really know hot to articulate what i feel in this review as i feel something is missing in what i said, but all in all the story is good and the only regret i have is that i read it too early and i should've stacked more. The grammar is also good by the way you can read it without being confused.
