no... there is no other like him. he is the absolute only one. that is the whole point of the story. even in other tribe's, there are no futas. he is technically the only male in the world! As such there is absolutely no chance of NTR.

does slavery exist in this world? and will the main character have to deal with members of his tribe being captured by whoever and sent to God knows what?

Most tribe's would rather not have slaves. if someone is captured, they usually trade them for resources or another person. but there is one tribe thay likes to keep people captured.

they aree also skimpy... except for one, or rather a simgle family line. you might be mistaking the whole hunters with her. she wears a lot of chlothes, but that's because of her gift of ice.
