Review Detail of Railvas in One Wish to Own the World

Hey everyone, the third volume ended so I thought to add one more review where I answer the criticism and questions I got since my last post 2 months ago. The first things will be the same as in my former review (which I will leave so you can read the 23 replies on it if you want although they will be summarized here). 1. Although MC is intelligent in general, understanding is the most important part of his intelligence. Understanding cultivation and techniques in order to improve them and advance fast. He doesn't know the future, and he is neither Kira nor Lelouch. 2. MC is still young and not immune to developing emotions toward others. He does go through a few ordeals that turn his character darker as the plot continues, and he is doing evil stuff throughout the story, some of which result in the death of thousands. 3. Criticism - His villainous actions were quite sudden and came from nowhere. I added a few paragraphs of inner thoughts to make the readers resonate with MC better, and it seems to have worked since I didn't hear this criticism again ever since. 4. Criticism - No action. True, there's not much action in the first volume since he still grows up there until the end of it. There's a lot of action in volume 2, and even more in volume 3, and also a lot in volume 4 (I wrote half of it while writing this review). I personally think that the first volume isn't any less good than the rest despite the lack of action. It concentrates on MC and helps us get attached to him. 5. Nobody ever mentioned it in their review, but I think there's a lot of great comedy in my novel which mainly is a result of my cynical writing style. 6. No romance, no harem. 7. If you know the cultivation world from other novels you might feel like there was no world-building in the first volume, but that's because I explained the power system and the structure of a sect. I tried not to assume my readers already know how the cultivation world works. MC interacts with the world outside much more during the next volumes, and I believe that the background only gets more and more developed with every volume. I really hope that someone who read the third and some of the fourth volumes will eventually refer to it in their review, but so far I don't have any feedback on this matter, so my personal opinion is all you got. 8. If you're confused by the power system (which isn't too complicated), you can easily find a summary in the auxiliary chapter. Just don't read Ken's techniques which appear later if you don't want any spoilers. That's it for this review, I think I covered everything. Hope it wasn't unnecessarily long!
