I’m sorry you feel that way, but the plot holes that I’m assuming you are speaking of are only there because the story is only 7 chapters long at the moment, in due time things will be more fleshed out I just didnt want to do a complete overhaul in the first few chapters. Thanks for the feedback!

by plot holes I mainly meant that he does not act like someone who has lived countless times and has died countless times, his mentality is of a child and his entire house, does not feel like its an ancient house (it does not have "proper" procedures and stuff for example, when his grandparents parents were killed, why did his grandfather launch a full out attack and weaken their forces why did he not "hire" other wizards and in the first place why was his great grandfather alone, he is a head off an ancient house)

Ah I see then that’s on me for not fully explaining what happened, and for the first point of the mc’s attitude, im actually writing the next chapter at this moment which explains that. And to clarify, the mc great-grandfather wasn’t alone, he had theodoric’s two brothers with him along with their personnel which I’m also going to explain in this chapter as a side convo between Alaric and his grandfather. I'd rather not read about a childish MC, especially if he has lived countless times. Did it change with those two new chapters you talked about?
