The Nerfing just made me drop the novel at chapter 32. I really dont get authors doing stunt like this in their novels. If you dont want OP mcs (or on the brink of getting OP or feels like OP) then dont give them plot armors then tune it down in the next chapter. My opinion only take it or not, its fine.

Not really a nerf, this person is likely referring to not being able to absorb cores from beast that MC didn’t kill

haven't read that far but just based on the fact he can't absorb cores of the beasts he didn't kill himself is huge fricken nerf that's dumb...the only time I've seen this type of nerf dome right is dalu Doulu with spirit rings and the spirit masters needing to kill the beast themselves or finish it off in order to absorb the ring

A nerf is taking away or changing a thing for the worse, this is simply a limitation and likely already in place lace from the get go, it was just not implicitly mentioned. Just like in code Geass when Lelouch is figuring out how his powers work. Though if you want legit negatives to the book just read my review.
