This is great. Sad to see all the bad reviews from people that can't handle the fact that the mc isn't overpowered or has an system and all the other op stuff. Not understanding that these things are what makes the fanfic great.

I read the whole thing on spacebattles and then found it here, so I was surprised that people disliked it. But if you want to know what I feel makes the fic great, it's the slow pace, plus the fact that the MC gets nothing—no wishes, no golden fingers, no systems. Also, I enjoy getting to see konoha from the perspective of someone who is weak, spoiler (the mc has to fight in a underground fight ring and has to deal drugs to get some extra cash. It's just different from most stories, in my opinion a more realistic view of how the average Joe would survive.
Enormiity:I am going to play devil's advocate here. (Note I don't read far into this story)If this story is great then why is your review useless? Why not make a review of the story rather than a complaint of "Most" of the top reviews? By the way, this story fails because the early arc of this story is a failure. Most people won't waste their time reading hundreds of chapters of trash before going to the good part. Either a story starts up well and maintains that or that story is dead. Honestly Kudos to the Author for writing this far with practically "nobody" reading his story.

you are right about the story being weak at the beginning and that this is a very important point but still the author would not start the story all over again because of this it is sad to see that several people left because the author failed at the beginning, I I was actually one of the people who left at the beginning of the story but after a few months I came back and this is my second favorite story

Exactly, he won't remake it when it's just a small story. Most top reviews are made right after this story is published (when this author is kinda famous after his HP story). But because the Author won't do that, this story has fewer readers because people stop reading after the bad first arc. That is the trade-off.
