Personally I do not really like how most of these immortal but weak and talentless stories treat the supporting characters. Our MC looses all real connection to the people around him. He mite value some of the people that he meets and works with in the first 20 years, but beyond that everyone becomes tools to work towards his own progression. He pushes anyone away that wants to form any closer connection, just because he does not want to deal with the potential loss. I will pretty much ignore any and all of this type of story going forward.

??? y would someone write a cultivation novel in an immortal world where everyone cultivates isn't it boring.... I think they will like sci-fi stuff rather than this.

What I meant by immortal novel is not the cultivation novel but the novel in which MC is literally just Immortal with no power and uses immortality to gain power😅.

I also liked "it's Lonely To Be Invincible" was a good read , still have to read this one but for me there will be only one good one so far with this setting of living forever.
