yep that's what Google told me that beldum couldn't learn any moves other than tackle in his base form or maybe in some other generation i didn't go into deeper research. and about beldum evolving into Metang at 13, I know beldum evolves after reaching level 20 after someone pointed it out before you but i didn't change it. and about me not knowing about Pokemon, you are right about that as i have only watched Kanto reign anime and haven't played any game and whatever i have written is based is based after searching on Google except level system. if 7 and half months or 8 months is few months than sure , you can find other fanfics and play Pokemon games if you are that strict about rules.
