yeah i'd say getting an editor is a pretty good solution to improving the story quality but if you want to improve your own language skills i believe reading books and studyin the language should be good. When i say reading books i mean you should avoid fanfictions since they actually made my grammar skills a bit worse in exchange for the better vocabulary.

Honestly the best way to actually improve is to read. Get some book of your preferred genre (Physical paper back books). The next would be to watch shows and movies to help you with the conjugation and the likes. You improve the most when it’ in a setting where you are actually enjoying yourself. Grammarly and autocorrect aren’t perfect.

Agreed. I know some people take time to learn a language but years of reading comics and being a college student, I find it hard to believe. I'm in college too and I started learning english by reading books and watching anime (eng sub) only 3 years ago. If it was about the vocabulary I'd understand but grammar is much easier to remember and apply in a sentence even if you don't learn the rules. I can't say much about Grammarly? since I don't use it but you should contact an editor for proofreading. It's of upmost importance at this point. PS. I really like your story so don't be discouraged by my comment, it's just positive criticism

if you paid for it you can harshly criticize , if you aren't then you can at least guide the writer if you can't adopt or force read / assemble like lego the construct he/she made but harshly criticizing a novel you aren't even paying 🤣😂 that's a bit silly from an author point of view his probably practicing writing but at least it can be entertaining and its free all you need to do is assemble some mistakes he/ she have done by one mind

Hi author my advice in regards to people who commented on you harshly without helping is ignore them there 3 types of reader 1. hypocrite - all they know is to criticize the book especially the novels that are free ( except for novels that has racism ,drug promotion sort of stuff)2. good reader/mentor - those who criticize you and suggest good output example of this are the people who suggested using apps (then again in the long run you would eventually learn how to properly construct , just take your time )3.humble reader - people who learn to adopt and reconstruc your novel through the mind even if its incorrect btw 🤔 becareful religion, racism , politics , oh additional children it taste bad involving dying kids on a story
