as far as harem goes, that stops after his marriage, and as far as Medieval world goes, harem actually only counts if there's 5+ spouses. don't ask me why I'm not sure of the specifics because of the way the harem anime genre has clouded everything. having said that, though, I want to say two things. What little you see in the story is either premarital or will be one of the two I mentioned. As far as the bit with Meve, that's kind of one and done. he sleeps with her but that's the end of it.
