I was a bit uncomfortable with the first chapter because of how vulgar the male lead was. I still haven't warmed up to him yet but Vanessa? She has become my favorite character! I love the sexual tension between the two of them, I love the mafia side story and the investigations going on that shows this won't be any other love story. Keep it up!

🥺 Oh, dear. I really tried to reduce how vulgar James was in the first chapter but I discovered that would just dampen his character.
